Decades of sparring in martial arts has taught me that it’s not the punch that gets through that’s the problem, it’s how you attach to that punch getting through on the ‘inside’ that causes the problems.
My best moments in my game have happened when I least expected them too. They happened organically, involuntary, and almost always without knowing what I was going to do next.
Nothing annoys me more than ‘The Secret’ type mentality. The whole idea that all you have to do is think it, believe it, and it will manifest. I am not sure if you have noticed, but this is the wrong universe for this kind of belief system.
No one is perfect. No one gets everything right all of the time (probably mostly not). Everyone messes up. Just because you see someone who is successful, doesn’t mean they never failed. They probably failed more than you, because they were willing to risk it.
There is a structured approach you can take to achieve success in almost anything. The process on how to achieve these things are out there. Much of it these days is even free.
